I would give this section 9 1/2 out of 10 because I think I am still experiencing problems from EGR work carried out by BMW. The MOT identified something loose. ???

I was quite satisfied but wasn't told on the phone that my mini needed a service as well as an MOT until I arrived there. I would have d liked to have known before hand.

Had problems with the Mini App defaulting to an old defunct email address - this was resolved after purchase through a simple phone call. Given the reliance on digital signatures this made parts of the purchase cumbersome otherwise all good
